We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the item for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price. Items have to be returned, undamaged within 2 weeks of you receiving your shipment.

How do I return an item?

1. Always return the entire set, labels and booklet for replacement or refund.
2. Complete the bottom portion of your pack slip. Then detach it from the top portion, and enclose with your return. Please be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund. Please do not attach the return slip to the item.
3. Save the top portion of the pack slip for your records.
4. Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail or UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement.
5. Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
